I am uncomfortable with being called a stripper for the simple fact that most of the strippers I knew were lazy and wouldn't know the first thing about how to do a twisted grip handspring or shoulder mount back flip. I am also a Christian. Everything I do is for Jesus. A common misconception is that pole fitness started in India and is still done today. I am not sexual with most of my moves, it is fitness for me. I prefer routines that tell a story as opposed to the trick, trick, trick stuff that most competitions consist of today. You can only watch the same moves over and over so many times before it becomes quite boring. On the other hand, when a story is being told, no two stories are ever the same. The media definitely ran away with the pole dancing aspect of this and did turn my life upside down. They mistold the story, but that's the media for you. That's about all I had to say, I did enjoy reading your post. Thank you, and pole your heart out!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
